Promise Lan - Promise Land Header

At the Vine Church we are currently meeting at two service times, 9:30am & 11:00am. The Promise Land doors open 15 minutes before service for drop-off. There are classes for Newborns - 12 months, 1-3 yrs old, and pre-k-4th grade. There is also a 5th-6th grade Youth Class that meets at the 9:30 service and a 7th-9th grade Youth Group that meets at the 11:00 service. In these classes, we seek to guide the children through a process of being Planted, Growing and Producing in a relationship with Christ through prayer, Bible teachings, hands-on activities, worship time, play time together, and other activities that relate to Biblical lessons.

Current Parent Information:

In the month of March we will be learning about the events leading up to the Death and Ressurrection of Christ and the true meaning and celebration of EASTER :o).

At Promise Land children are taught characteristics of God and how their relationship with Him can affect their everyday life.

Parent Newsletter for February

Upcoming Events:

*Back Yard ~  Backyard Wednesday begins Feb 10th and runs through March 17th.                                                      

 6:00pm - 6:45pm: Dinner is served (served outside in the backyard)

 7:00pm - 7:30pm: Devotion time

 *Family Play Date ~ Our next family play date is March 20th at 10am at the BOING!! Jump Center. We will meet at the church at 10am and that way we can follow each other and car pool for whoever wants to. It is in Tampa so its a bit of a drive but it will be a fun day together. Every family will be responsible to pay $10 (not per child, per family) and that is for the pizza and drinks at the place. We are estimating being home by 330pm.   *Easter Musical ~ Children 4 and older will be performing in our Easter Musical on March 28th (Palm Sunday) and we will be rehearsing during the devotion time at Back Yard on Wednesday nights as well as  a final rehearsal March 27th. If your child has not been given a CD to practice at home please ask Sarah Cook for one:o)
